Helloaxis.com has a Return and Warranty Process. To obtain warranty service, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from a Customer Support Representative (CSR) at AXIS. AXIS may attempt to troubleshoot a warranty-related problem prior to issuing an RMA number. Once an RMA number is obtained, your Product must be shipped freight prepaid; together with proof of purchase and all accessories, either in its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to the AXIS authorized distribution facility identified by the CSR. If during the Warranty Period a defect arises and you submit a valid claim to AXIS and follow the instructions for returning the Product, they will, at their option, either (i) repair the Product using either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product, or (iii) refund the purchase price of the Product.
As for the Shipping Policy, for Domestic (U.S.) Orders, in most cases, orders will be delivered in 2 - 7 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information shortly after placing your order. For International (non-U.S.) Orders, in most cases, orders will be delivered in 7 - 14 business days. Please refer to your shipping notification email for tracking information. It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping address details. Once an order has been shipped, it is up to the customer to contact the courier directly with the tracking number provided to change the shipping address. The customer is responsible for all costs arising out of this issue.
