Once an RMA number is obtained, your Product must be shipped freight prepaid; together with proof of purchase and all accessories, either in its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to the AXIS authorized distribution facility identified by the CSR. If during the Warranty Period a defect arises and you submit a valid claim to AXIS and follow the instructions for returning the Product, they will, at their option, either (i) repair the Product using either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product, or (iii) refund the purchase price of the Product.

As for the Shipping Policy, for Domestic (U.S.) Orders, in most cases, orders will be delivered in 2 - 7 business days.
